What does the 30 minute complimentary consultation include?
An exploration of the current issues your organization is navigating and how VRC can provide support.
What is the role of senior leadership in the review and implementation process?
Once problem areas have been identified, resolutions and implementation becomes a collaborative next step and requires the support of senior leadership to ensure changes are introduced with change management best practices. Adoption and sustainability of the changes will require continued senior leadership support and sponsorship to avoid any tendency to "drift" back to former practices/behaviours.
Why does my organization need a work place assessment/review?
The review process discovers inefficiencies, redundancies, and employee performance and retention issues. Once identified, policy reviews are completed to see where they may be interfering with your organization's goals and contributing to the issues.
How long does the implementation process take?
Timelines are dependent upon the scope of changes to be implemented, the size of the organization, and resources available for the transformation process.
Is training and coaching available for leaders?
Initial consultation and plan implementation, if adopted, are generally completed by telephone, online, or if geographically viable, in person.
How long does it take to complete the review/assessment?
Depending upon the size of the organization, problems and goals identified, a thorough review will take approximately 1 to 3 months to complete. This will include policy reviews, and all employee interviews.
What is the fee structure:?
Initial assessments are estimated based on the size of the organization, number of employees, level of problems, and accessibility of employees for the personal interviews. Once the assessment is completed, the leadership will determine which resolutions they would like to adopt and a specific fee structure will be negotiated.
